When opening the client the user is presented with the login dialog.
Check the Windows User checkbox to login using the Windows login or enter the username and password.
The user login might fail for the following reasons:
Username or password incorrect |
The entered username and/or password are incorrect. |
No privilege for this module |
The user has not been given rights for this module. This applies for the Admin, Switchboard and Receptionist modules. |
License number exceeded |
There are more users defined than client licenses available and therefore the user trying to log in is deactivated. |
Win User authentication failed |
No user found with matching Win login. This only applies when using Win User login. |
User is not activated |
The user is not activated in Admin/Users. |
