1. Call Screen for iOS and Android¶

Incoming and outgoing calls on mobile can now be handled via a dedicated call screen. Totalview users will be able to enjoy a wide range of call control features directly in their smartphone app. Whether you need to put callers on hold, transfer them to another caller, retrieve calls or perform call consults, with Totalview, those tasks have just become a breeze.
2. SMS Integration with Føroya Tele and Uni-Tel¶
As part of our ongoing effort to integrate Totalview across telecommunication providers, we are glad to announce that customers who are using Føroya Tele or Unitel can now send SMS messages through Totalview without the use of a physical SMS box.
3. Mobile Presence Integration with Nortel¶
Nortel customers will be excited to hear that our newest release makes it possible to display mobile presence information (e.g. idle/busy) from the Norwegian provider directly in Totalview.
4. Wallboard for Uni-Tel¶
Uni-Tel customers can now enjoy the Totalview Wallboard. It features live data for key performance indicators (e.g. number of calls in queue, average waiting time, percentage of calls answered and more).
5. Microsoft Business Central Integration for Work Specification¶
Additionally, we worked on a seamless integration between Microsoft Business Central and work specifications in Totalview, so that work can be mapped properly to the right projects as they are registered in Business Central.
6. Number Lookup in Nrop.no¶
To help Norway-based users in finding customer information for incoming callers, we implemented number lookup using Nrop.no, a large database for Norwegian telephone numbers. This information will be visible in the Totalview Switchboard, the phone book and in the call log.
7. Unified Call Log¶
Switchboard users will be delighted to know that we overhauled the call log. Instead of displaying two logs, the personal call history and the log in the switchboard, we created one unified call log, to make it easier to find information on past calls for the logged in user.
