Overview¶
The overview shows the user, his or her own / managed call groups.
If the user is lacking call group or call group admin privileges, then one or the other tab at the top will be hidden depending on which privileges you do have.
To get more information on the call group, the user may then press any of the call groups and then navigate to the call group details page.


My Call Groups¶
The “My Call Groups” tab has all the call groups the user is a part of. Here the user is able to press sign in / out state of the group. The user will also be able to see the call group name as well as the number.
Manage all Call Groups¶
The “Managed Call Groups” tab has all of the managed call groups. On this tab the user will also be able to see the number of members signed in / total members and current number of waiting calls for each call group.
